Founded by a team of three Norwegians with leader roles from their respective sectors, who despite their young age already has decades of collective experience from renewable energy, electronics, marketing, analysis, property management, operation cost management, security and surveilance.

Andreas is a serial entrepreneur with a background in electrical work and an MSc in electrical engineering; specialized in techniques, control systems, energy systems, renewable energy, and power plants. He holds an Ekom-installer certification and has extensive experience in product and organizational development.

Notably, Andreas is exceptionally well-connected in both the Nordics and the Balkans. To ensure close proximity to our projects and partners, he currently resides in Austria to oversee our ongoing projects. His strategic positioning enables him to be on-site quickly, ensuring that the quality and efficiency of Solenadria Energys initiatives are consistently top-notch. With years of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to renewable energy, Andreas drives the technical excellence that sets Solenadria Energy Group apart.

Endre has dedicated his entire professional life to the fields of marketing consulting and market analysis. Most recently, he served as the department head at one of Norway's largest and most award-winning marketing agencies. His portfolio includes work with some of Norway's biggest brands across various industries such as energy and electricity, telecommunications, retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), finance, and automotive.
